Error - Email Already Taken
If you encounter the following error message while signing up for your Alumni Community, we can help!
"This email is already taken. Log in or reset your password."
Previously Created User
One potential reason for this error message is that you created an account, perhaps a long time ago, and do not need to sign up again. In this case, all you need to do is proceed to "Log In." If you forgot your password to the account, don't worry - you can reset that at any time.
Signing Up vs Logging In
Did you just sign up for your Alumni Community and are getting this error message? It may be because you are entering your information to sign up screen instead of logging in. Use the "Log In" button in the upper-right corner to log in with LinkedIn or an email and password. When logging in you will not need to enter your first and last name as you would if signing up for the first time.
